What is the Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card? |

The FastMax Rewards Card is a prepaid card. You load the card and you spend only the amount of funds you place on your card. There is no credit line associated with the FastMax Rewards card, which means No Credit Checks, No bank accounts are needed. It looks and works exactly like a credit card and can be used at ATMs and retail stores worldwide, and you never pay any interest on your purchases! You are in control of your spending. Who can get a FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card? |

In compliance with the U.S. Patriot Act and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident over 18 with a valid social security number and a verifiable physical address (no P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses) to open an account and order a card. Currently we do not issue cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories. All card orders are subject to verification against OFAC screenings. All cards distributed must meet U.S. PATRIOT Act and other laws prior to being issued. There will never be a credit check associated with the issuance or in maintaining this card. TOP |

Your PIN protects access to the funds on your card, making it safer than carrying cash. Even if your card is lost or stolen, your money is safe because only you know your PIN. Never keep your PIN# with your card. |

How am I protected if I lose my card? |
| |
Your FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card can be used for ATM and PIN-based transactions utilizing your personal PIN number that only you know; this PIN will prevent unauthorized usage. If you suspect that someone has learned your PIN number, you should call our toll free customer service number immediately to report your card lost or stolen, if the card is missing, or to change your PIN to a new number that only you know. Your card can also be used as signature-based transactions, and is protected by the Visa® Zero Liability Policy. You should sign the back of your card upon receipt for your protection. What happens if my FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit card is lost or stolen? |

Immediately call our Customer Service line, toll-free at 1-877-287-5157 if your Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit card has been lost or stolen. By selecting the Lost/Stolen option, you can speak to a live customer service operator to deactivate your card to prevent unauthorized use.
You will be given to option to order a replacement card for a nominal fee. When you receive your new card, you may call to activate the new card, and then opt to speak to a customer service operator, who will transfer the remaining balance of your old card to your new card. |

How do I change my account information and personal PIN number? |

You can do this online or by calling customer service. For online changes, simply log into your account and select the appropriate function on the main page. You may also change your PIN number on our Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVR) (877-287-5157) which is an automated system that allows you to enter your current PIN number to enter the system, then select the PIN Change option to set a new four digit PIN. To update your mailing address or other personal information, you may contact a live customer service operator by calling our toll free number for live assistance. TOP |

1. Visit any Green Dot location to add money to your Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card. Visit www.getmygreen.com to find a location near you.
2. Load funds from your Credit Card or Bank Account right onto your Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card, by calling our toll free number, on the back of your card. Let our automated system easily guide you through this simple process. You may also complete this process by visiting us online at www.fastmaxrewards.com , and log into your card account to load funds online from your Credit Card or Checking Account.

Are there Fees Associated with using my FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card? |

Yes, although the fees are nominal, and we are certain you will notice the fees associated with your FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card are drastically lower than using other services, such as Money Transfer services, Wiring Services, or traditional bank account monthly fees. How can I check my balance, review transactions or download statements? |

You can check your account history by either logging into your account online or by calling the customer service automated attendant. All of your transactions are available for review both online or via the IVR, automated system immediately. Simply login to your account and you can review your last few transactions, check your balance, or review and/or print monthly statements. You can also transfer money to other Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card holders, Make Long Distance Calls, Pay Your Bills, Sign up For Direct Deposit of your Paycheck, plus many other features, online or by calling our toll free number, found on the back of your card. What are the ATM withdrawal and load limits on my FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card? |

You can load a maximum of $2,500/time within a 24 hour period with a maximum of 2 loads from all deposit sources (loads and ACH direct deposits).
The maximum balance allowed on the card at any time is $7,500.00.

Can I withdraw all of my money at one time? |

Yes, however, the daily ATM withdrawal limit is $500. Remember that some ATMs have a preset limit that may be lower than $500. You may withdraw up to $500 per day, depending on the ATM machine, which will vary with each actual machine. You may withdraw as many times per day as you wish, as long as the total withdrawal per day does not exceed the $500 daily limit. TOP |

What if I don’t have enough money in my account, can I make a purchase? |

No, since your card is prepaid, you can only spend the available balance on your card. However, if you do make a purchase, you as the cardholder are responsible for making that purchase. If an overdraft situation occurs, you are responsible for adding money to your card to cover all of your purchases. There is a fee if an overdraft occurs. Can I use my card at “Pay at the Pump” gas stations? |

When the card is used for "Pay at the Pump" gasoline transactions, the machine will send through a preliminary authorization just to make sure your card is valid with sufficient funds to cover the potential cost of filling up your tank. In most cases, the preliminary authorization is for $50.00. Therefore, if you have less than $50.00 available on the card, see the store clerk and have them process the transaction for the exact amount. TOP |

Why might my purchase decline if I have available funds? or Why is the amount shown as ‘pending’ different than the amount I actually spent at that merchant? |

When you present your Card to a merchant, the merchant may obtain a preauthorization for the transaction. Examples of merchants that perform this preauthorization are hotels, car rental companies, restaurants, etc. A thirty-day hold will be placed on the value on the Card in the amount of the preauthorization request made by the merchant. A ninety-day hold will be placed on the value on the Card in the amount of the preauthorization request made by car rental merchants.
If the merchant’s preauthorization request varies from the amount of the transaction the merchant subsequently submits to the Visa® system, settlement of the transaction may not remove the hold, which may remain on the Card until the hold days have expired. If your Card is subject to a hold, the value on the Card that is subject to a hold will not be available to you for withdrawal or other purposes, apart from the transaction that was the reason for the preauthorization hold.
Again, this is just a hold on the money until we receive the final amount you spent. Once this transaction settles, you'll see the correct amount reflected in your statement. Be aware that restaurants can "hold" 20% over the ticket price and hotels can hold up to $1,500. TOP |

What happens if I return something I purchased with my FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card? |

When you return something purchased with your Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit card, the merchant will credit the amount of the return to your card. Because returns are handled by the retailer’s bank, credits may take 2-3 business days to appear on your FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card. Be sure to check the return policy at the retailer where you shop, to understand each stores policy. TOP |

Can I let anyone use my FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card? |

Only authorized users are allowed to use the card. You are responsible for any transactions made by someone other than yourself if you authorize use by another person. If you want to allow and authorize someone other than yourself to access your balance, you may, but please remember, your FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card should be treated just as your other bank cards, checking accounts, or other personal and private information. It is up to you, the cardholder to keep your PIN private, and you should report your card lost/stolen if you feel someone other than a person you have authorized at any time to access and use your card, has learned your PIN, or taken your card. Yes, you can transfer money from your Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit card to another FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card. You will need to know the account number of the card that you are transferring your money to. Call customer service toll-free and use the automated system or go online, log into your account, select card to card transfer and follow the easy instructions. You can also call our automated IVR system or speak directly to a customer service representative. Card to card transfers saves on money transfers or wire transfers and gives the cardholder a more affordable way to send money within the U.S. or overseas to all of your family and friends. TOP |

Simply log on to your account by visiting us at www.fastmaxrewards.com or call our toll free number listed on the back of your card. Our automated system (IVR) will guide you through each simple process. You can follow the steps online on on the phone to make the most cost efficient long distance calls, to add minutes to your wireless cell phone plan, to pay your bills. To have all or just a portion of your paycheck direct deposited onto your Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card, simply call our automated system (IVR) and select the Direct Deposit Option. The system will give you the account number to enter on your employers form (known as the bank account number) as well as the routing number. Simply take these two numbers and complete your employers form to sign up for the Direct Deposit feature. The cost for all of these services will conveniently be deducted from the available account balance on your Prepaid FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card. TOP |
